Theatre and Screen Acting

With seven years of post–art school experience since 2017, my artistic journey has unfolded through a rich tapestry of mediums:painting, creative writing, spoken-word poetry, theatre performance, and film acting.

Each discipline has offered me its own unique language, teaching me how to shape emotion, communicate truth, and embody stories that reach beyond the surface of everyday life.

Painting sharpened my eye for detail and symbolism; writing strengthened my ability to observe, translate, and interpret the world; spoken word taught me rhythm, vulnerability, and presence; and acting opened a door into empathy, allowing me to inhabit lives far different from my own.

Through this exploration, I discovered that all art forms speak to each other.The colours I used on canvas began to echo in the emotional tones of my characters.

The structure of my poetry mirrored the pacing of my scripts. The vulnerability needed on stage later empowered my writing with an honesty I had not known before. Every medium became both a mirror and a bridge, reflecting who I was and guiding me toward who I wanted to become.

While I continue to engage with each of these artistic practices, my path has grown clearer with time. My greatest passion now lives in acting and writing,two crafts that allow me to merge imagination with discipline, intuition with technique.

Acting challenges me to listen deeply, to transform, and to remain present in every breath. Writing offers me the space to sculpt narratives, build worlds, and give voice to the quiet truths that often go unheard.

Together, these two disciplines form the core of my creative identity. I am committed to sharpening my skills, expanding my range, and pursuing continual growth. Every project, every rehearsal, every draft brings me one step closer to the artist I strive to become.
